Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)

How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

Currently a Solutions Consultant at Pegasystems.
I am interviewing at and considering making a jump to Oracle as a Specialist Solutions Consultant.
The reason for my move is currently at Pega SCs are treated more as AEs or Account Managers. The role at Oracle would be more of a true SC position. I also feel that Oracle will look BETTER on a resume and someone as young as me would have BETTER programs in place to train me and give me the foundation needed to be a successful SC.
Thoughts?

I have two years of automotive/aerospace manufacturing experience and am looking for new opportunities. I recently applied to a Solution Engineer - Commercial Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy (MAE) role at Salesforce, and it sounds like a great fit. Is anyone willing to offer me a referral or advice on how to move forward in the hiring process? Salesforce

Whenever you feel like it's time for new adventures.. Honestly there is no right or wrong time. If you are growing skills and you are not micromanaged then you are at a good place to begin with. You need to also think at the given instance if money is priority or maybe work life balance is higher priority. Sometimes higher salary doesn't necessarily lets you enjoy your life. So think about few things I have mentioned. Also wait for other inputs 😊. In my experience these were the things I kind of used as deciding factor.
I've stayed at companies for more than 5 years because I liked the environment and felt good working there. It's all about how you feel. If you feel valued, you're making a livable wage, then stay there for a little while longer. If remote is a big factor, I'd stick with it for a little while at least because remote jobs are getting scarce.
If you don’t see financial or career growth after a couple of years, it may be time to start looking elsewhere
Stay there for at least three but no more than five years, especially for your first job. Once you cross the four year mark you’ll have greater success seeking higher paying roles.
If you feel well compensated then don't go. It's rare you find a company that pays well that YOU like and the PEOPLE are great.

Yeah that sounds solid for 2 years out. I’m at $130 after 4 years.
Two years is a solid stint, especially for your first gig out of college. The fact that you like the company and the people is a big plus. If you're feeling a bit stagnant and see greener pastures with more moolah and opportunities to spread your SE wings, it might be worth dipping your toes in the job market pool.
