How many days after submitting the candidate information sheet does EY GDS contact for salary discussion? It's been almost a week now and no response from them. When submitting the Info sheet, I called the HR to check if I am selected and he said yes. Now, he is not accepting my call? Is it safe ti assume they found another candidate?

Hi, received a job offer (accepted) with about 20K increase, 30% bonus and some stock option. Controller position at a startup company. My current company countered with 30% increase, 25% bonus and stock option (already being traded) not a controller title but darn close. Kinda torn as I believe i would have more growth at my current company.

What would be yearly hike in Ericsson.. if it is 5% , does it really mean 1.5 lakh increase for a guy with 30 lpa ctc...

Asking for wife who's also in banking. If she got ~$100k in signing bonus in 2019 for 1 year commitment in CA and started FT in July 2020, assuming she leaves before July 2021, can her employer claw back full amount in California? Some say it's much tougher to do so under CA law but wonder if anyone has any insights. Banks won't likely care about analyst signing bonuses, but associate bonus at EB with diversity bonus can be significant. If she quits before, she won't be going to another bank.
