Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.

When asked now they are stating like finance payroll team are saying that Senior Tech Lead can be offered only for 7.5 yrs experience. HCL Technologies
Sounds about right

Blindly applying isn’t a great strategy. Look for a job where you know someone, pay for LinkedIn premium and see if there’s anyone with a “2nd” connection then reach out to your “1st” and ask for an intro. Customize your resume for each application. Literally drop the job post into chat GPT and ask it to tailor your resume to the posting so it’ll get through the AI screening. You can apply to 10-20 per day or you can do 1-2 good ones

This is super helpful advice. Thank you!
If I have a full-time job, I shoot for 1 to 3 per day. Anything more than that burns me out. But when I'm unemployed, I actively try to shoot for 7 to 10. I figure it's my full-time job, so I need to treat it like one. But that's not always a reasonable option, depending on the job market and how many weeks I've already been looking.

I’m full time right now, so maybe I need to take it easier on myself. I liked the advice from D1 on being more intentional with my applications. Quality over quantity if you will.
I need a job like yesterday, so I have been applying to as many as I can find. Usually, I shoot for applying to 10–20 per day. I definitely put in no less than ten a day, though.

Best of luck! I do have a job currently, I’m just feeling stagnant in my growth and won’t have much opportunity for development if I stay where I’m at.
