I have been seeing a lot of discussions/ questions about the bad WLB at Deloitte among folks. Guys, Deloitte is a highly reputed firm that is known for the quality of work. They charge heavily to clients. (Almost 5-6 times hourly rate than a typical IT firm). Naturally, the clients want to get the work done ASAP with quality. Hence there is a massive amount of work pressure on the management and the resources. Deloitte compensates their resources really well along with providing a lot of Perks.
