Dedicated alignments, 2:1

I agree with above but honestly, most places don't actually understand the ratio benefits them

I 100% agree on this.

Had a terrible experience with round robin and new guys don’t get touch

I'm currently at 3:1 ratio. My ideal would be 2:1, but it really depends on the company and account volume.

Currently a Solutions Consultant at Pegasystems.

I am interviewing at and considering making a jump to
Oracle as a Specialist Solutions Consultant.

The reason for my move is currently at Pega SCs are treated more as AEs or Account Managers. The role at Oracle would be more of a true SC position. I also feel that Oracle will look BETTER on a resume and someone as young as me would have BETTER programs in place to train me and give me the foundation needed to be a successful SC.

Thoughts?
