Yoe is 3.5... Can Ey gds match this offer or can they offer more than this?

I don't want to join 16.5 offering firm due to some reasons, so want to know about Ey gds as I'm selected.

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle.
