Depends on years of experience and geography more than the size of the firm.

If anyone is paying 110 for a Salesforce "Solution Architect" in the USA at any consulting firm, that person won't be there long. The floor, in my experience, appears to be around 135 these days... But 155 - 175 is much more common at the start, 135 would be a weak promotion adjustment to an already-under-market salary (which is something we're known for).
I work at a small to medium sized company. 350 employees. Architects make quite a bit $140-$200K is about the range — could be a bit higher for managing directors. But my company has been around for 100+ years. Very stable. If a solution architect makes $150K at a small to medium newer firm not exactly in the IT industry, they have to really be irreplaceable to not be on the chopping block when budgets are under tough scrutiny.
