My thought process is “i dont want to get used to this firms processes then switch to another firm after 1 busy season” but i also dont want to burn bridges

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
