M & above get ~2.4 days/mo; SC & below is ~1.7 days/mo. There’s a little variation over the last year due to the institutionalization and expansion of additional firm holidays and regular federal holidays.
Manager and up accrue 9.23 hours per bi-weekly pay period i.e. 240 hours/30days per year. Anyone below that gets 25 days. In addition Deloitte has started to give everybody the week between Xmas and nye off plus typically also extra day around July 4th, making it a solid 35 days of firm holidays and PTO for me. You can roll over one full year of PTO to the next year. I wish I could take this policy to my next job...it’s honestly crazy good!
What good is it, if you can't use it
Pretty sure that’s not true for us unless it’s changed. You accumulate 15 days plus two personal data first year and then 5 more days after 5 years.
LEK 1.25 days a month accumulation, allowed to borrow ahead, do not accumulate more after reaching 15 days
We have two tiers. Sr. Cs and Ms accrue at 1.67 up to 20 days.
ATK - 2 tier policy. 22 days for Manager & above or 3+ yrs service, 17 days below 3yrs service.
22 vacation days, unlimited sick days, and I think 12 holidays with full shutdown the weeks of Christmas and 4th July.
So big D is slacking
Wow that’s pretty trash other than KPMG... Do y’all get sick time or any other days off?
Yeah, at LEK we get six days paid sick leave. Also this is for the associate role, I’m unsure about M+
25 (I think?) per year, unused roll over to next year. Able to “go negative”, but have to pay back any negative PTO once you leave
Slalom gets 16 days and 1 free floating. You get an extra day for each year up to a limit. Roll over up to 160 and you loose hours after you reach 160
EY is 22 vacation, 3 personal, and 10 personal/family care (which I think are the sick day pot).
Are new people joining D not getting the above said PTO? Is it less now for new people?
