My colleague's younger sister is looking for a job as a fresher. She has recently graduated (B.com) and is pursuing US CMA. She's also done a couple of internships and is highly proactive and motivated. The family has been struggling to meet the ends specially due to Covid Pandemic.

Week 2ish Lost 6lbs: 3 muscle 2. 8 day day ... lost nearly 20 prior to since January by working out following a more Paleo diet. I don’t want to lose muscle. Do OT & lots of walking 13.5k steps.

Any recommended brands for MCT oil?
I currently use Perfect Keto but I’ve seen other brands (Clean MCT, Kiss My Keto) with pure C8 rather than C8/C10 mix at reasonable prices.

How do you avoid binge eating? I’m addicted to chips and noodles and I get triggered by eating those foods and fail my Keto. Anyone have this cycle before that can help me break out of it?

Are there any pure mct oils (at least 93%) with no added calories I can add to tea or coffee?

Feel like I’ve hit a plateau at 18 lbs total over 2 months. I keep it under 20g carbs per day. Have an indulgence maybe every 2 weeks (usually during a work event, gotta have a beer with the ‘bros’)

I just came back from a 2hr glucose test and I am not feeling optimistic about results. I brought my own meter to see what the numbers were and it was crazy high during the 60 min and 90 min mark, and then it drastically fell in 2hrs. Still waiting for official lab results. I have been doing smoothies and soups the past 1.5 weeks to get started being healthier. Has anyone gone through a similar experience? What are some ways/recipes you recommend to achieve diabetic remission?
