How much Time it takes to get promotion from 5.2 to 4.1 Grade In HSBC

Hi , I have 3.6 YOE and have been offered software engineer role in Oracle India Private Limited(IDC).

Apart from hikes how is the promotion policy in oracle. Can I expect as senior software engineer role after 2 years atleast?

Does anyone think it’s out of the question to ask for a 20% pay increase without a promotion? My duties on our team are closer to Director-level and no other Senior PM is managing half of what I am, so I feel like I should be compensated fairly.

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Working at a boutique transactiona firm. First year did not receive much guidance and made a few errors, one of which could have been a deal but ended up being fine but overall I worked hard, billed hours above target and showed a willingness to learn. Current CTC 20 fixed. YoE 11.
An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.
