Hi, I am new to Canada and currently living in Vancouver, BC. I was looking for opportunities in the Financial Services industry in the Metro Vancouver Area. I have about 3 years of experience in the Banking/Financial Services and HealthTech industry and worked alongside IBM and PwC in developing and implementing cutting-edge FinTech products for business clients of a Financial Institution and led the Finance and data science team at a Health tech startup. Let me know if anyone can help me.

I do it every 3 months, I respect my path a lot, and I have a wallpaper on my phone that I can place a check on every time I have achieved part of the path to fulfilling my goals.
In our company we only have a blackboard, everything else is computers, we don't use paper, but this blackboard has the objectives for 7 years from now, with each of the goals that we must achieve to meet the objective of growing from a small company to a medium-sized company.
Well, every week I review my goals, we have 3 months of having started with a marketing strategy, the first really important one for our agency.
We design brand development plans which are divided into 1 year, where the first month we review weekly to evaluate the initial growth, and then we do it monthly until month 6, and from there we return to weekly reviews.
If we talk about the goals as a company, we review them every 4 months, if you talk about the goals we have with the brands we manage, we review them every week, sometimes it happens to reviews every 3 days.
To achieve the objectives, we do is review our short-term goals weekly, that is, the strategies have weekly goals to increase the community, reach, or clicks.
Every Friday I go through the metrics to see if we're on track and what's working/what isn't. Every 3 months we do a formal meeting on the progress and make changes where needed.
