How to choose between CSM and PMP?

Been at company many years and rebuilt dysfunctional team into high performers while also driving huge metrics and impact. Recently interviewed for elevated role and CEO congratulated me and told me I slayed it and he was proud of me. This is 2nd time I’ve applied for this job and found out yesterday my boss (not CEO) hired external. Don’t feel valued and I’m likely quitting without job. I’ve been through the ringer at this place/boss. Am I making a mistake for leaving without another job?

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

I have a VERY long rant to get through. Please buckle in. My first PM job was at an agency where “protect the creative” was a PM mantra. My current agency see’s an entire team working 50hr weeks for months as a non problem. Wont recognize that FOUR creatives quitting in a 5 month span is a problem and consistently hand out due Monday 10am work on Fridays at 7pm. I am so sick and tired of the “its advertising - it’s just the industry “. The fk it is. It’s poor planning, mismanagement and abuse.
