How to move into marketing? Did “marketing consulting” for 3 years then moved into S&O cuz I couldn’t get a real marketing job but then got laid off. Applying to marketing PMO/ops/specialist/manager and PMM roles but get zero bites. Getting super depressed thinking I’ll have to take yet another job I don’t really like in S&O as I’m not finding new jobs to apply to outside of FAANG which get a million applicants (I have referrals) and someone will def have perfect exp. given all the lay offs

Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. Does this happen? Or are they just being nice? What’s the probability that they’ll match me to another role?

I heard from my head that there is a lot of slowdown in VW Germany... There is Hiring freeze, level freeze and all ... And soon that will spillover to india. So be prepared for very less hikes in coming cycle :( Also automotive sector in general is struggling with tesla laying off 10% workforce recently. Maybe time to make a move? What do you say fishes?

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers.
