Hi Fishies.. I am currently in Capgemini Invent. I have a good offer from Godrej Agrovet for digital transformation role. But it requires travel to rural areas as well and 40-50% is travel. How are internal hikes at CTS in a normal year ?
I got interviewed from Accenture last month and cleared the technical round. HR discussion also done and i have uploaded all the documents also, After few days My candidate ID is not visible on Accenture login and HR is saying that there is no data regarding my CID. Strange. Did anyone faced the same?Accenture

It's a good organization. B8 is AVP grade. People stay with the organization for long. Work culture and ethics are good. Pay is good if not great. Hikes are average but a lot depends on your current. Bonus is over and above CTC. At rating of 5 (which is given rarely), I got 25% of hike and bonus total. At rating of 4, I got 10% in one year and 15% in another. Promotion from B8 to above level that is C9 is a pain. Took me 5 years despite 5 rating, that too with an IJP. From C9 to C10 you can understand yourself. Management have made a lobby. HR has no control.
