Billable roles are not subject to hiring freeze
Have an interview for a Business Strategy Director (customer success group). Seems like core focus is selling SF professional services for certain industries. Anyone familiar with these types of roles and could share some intel?
My group in CSG is hiring and has multiple open positions right now. We don't have enough billable resources available for the amount of work being sold.
What are salaries looking like for technical consultants and solution consultants in the CSG practice?
Which role you got ?
D1 Sales commission as SE is pooled when you’re a Salesforce SE. it’s maybe 6-10k a quarter post tax/ withholding and doesn’t come based on the specific deals you’ve closed. This is different for Mule SEs and maybe other product SEs. I love my role, and I feel well comped overall, but the sales commission piece is different than traditional commission roles.
We have hiring freeze since a couple of weeks, there is an exception process in place + maybe ur offer was issued before the freeze
What was your comp plan?
Curious - how long did it take from verbal offer to written contract?
Although I did negotiate so there was some back and forth
I think less to do with recession more to do with re-alocating people from newly acquired companies first to avoid over hiring.
Hello SC1! Would you mind sharing your TC? Thanks
