How’s the Metro Las Vegas area to buy properties? Any recommended neighborhood? Not into the ‘deep suburbs’.

I looked last year and decided against Vegas. Little to no cashflow in many markets, and the quality of the product is very subpar and formulaic. I think KB Homes built 2/3 of the SFH I looked at.

I was looking in Henderson, Summerlin, and Green Valley. I liked Summerlin most, but the cashflow just wasn’t there.

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? How can I know I'm getting the best salary and not just settling at the low end of the range?

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. How could I best leverage my skills for a role in this, and what should my expectations be for negotiation in compensation?
