Why are transracial people being ostracized and cancelled while transgender people are becoming more and more accepted in society? Shouldn’t they both be accepted as we work toward a more inclusive culture?

Regretting not joining Tesla right now. I had been offered a position in Tesla 2 years back. However , I didn’t join it as I heard about culture problems.. Today, I regret it every moment looking at Tesla price. The stock went up from 300 to 2500 and still going up. Anyone else like me?

Undergrad Finance degree at a boutique strategy consulting firm accumulating no financial skills. What are some good realistic exits in the world of financial services? I think I said Holy Shit five separate times reading this article. 1) For anyone looking to exit to Netflix, be ware. 2) Has anyone worked on a culture transformation type project? Using your consulting cap, how would you recommend Netflix change? Will banking culture ever evolve and adopt policies that improve employee lifestyles, like tech companies?
Anyone else would totally be on-board for something like a 1 week on-site, 1 week wfh once we all get back to the office? I know that nobody knows how it's going to really be, just wanted to see what other people could come up with in this thought experiment where society takes this opportunity to reset our working culture and expectations. What kind of on-site/remote working schedule would you want the most, and why?

Trump approval rating at a record high! Obama was only at 45% at this time. Too much winning, can’t wait to crush your socialist nominee. https://news.gallup.com/poll/284156/trump-job-approval-personal-best.aspx
How close to my United flight can I still cancel an award? Platinum, so there's no fees, but don't know how close to takeoff I can get to.
Daycare for infants (< 1yr old) - are you sending your babies to daycare right now or planning to send them in a months or so? My plan was to send her to daycare when I’m back from my leave (4 mo) but with the COVID thing going on we don’t feel safe even with the precautions they are taking (temp check, parent drop off/pick up with mask etc). Want to see what other people are doing and feeling about this topic!
Random thought: if you recovered from COVID and your body produced antibodies to it, could you sell those antibodies to people who want to transfuse that blood for immunity for a few hours?
What a world...

For the 401K and investment gurus. Should I put my company’s match into my 401K and take the rest as cash in my paycheck to do personal investments? Or should I maximize my 401K and have little to no money left in the paycheck for investments? all other expenses would be covered though. At 2020’s rate of $19,500 max for the 401K, that comes out to $750 per paycheck. (Divides by 26 for bi-weekly paycheck). That’s 1500 dollars lost per month that I would have put into Robinhood. Thoughts?

I am admittedly burnt out and tired of working busy season hours when it’s not (understaffed) and being under appreciated. Applying and interviewing, but not much traction (thanks, COVID). So the question is, when you don’t want to work and feel like you can’t suck it up and put on a facade anymore, how do you keep up the energy and motivation for your team? (Seeking real responses from people who have been here.)
