I wouldn't move for money alone - it would need to be a challenge or growth opportunity, or someone I really respect. Last time I jumped, I turned down a significant counter-offer and haven't regretted it once.
I wouldnt move for less than 25% unless a) you are in an unhealthy situation or b) the opportunity brings something truly unavailable at the current role. Need to think about opportunity cost to move jobs, potentially wait for benefits, vacation accrual, 401k vesting etc

I wouldn't know because I wouldn't be looking if inn happy with job and company. It's important to enjoy where you are, develop coworker relationship and partnerships and grow, not constantly think about $$ and jumping ship. Also, you should think in % increase, not $$ amount, when talking about new jobs/promotions...
I feel like if you're making enough that you don't necessarily need the raise, it becomes less about that minimum percentage and more about whether your career is actually moving forward. 10% is what I'd expect though.
I like my job and the opportunities but I feel grossly underpaid--have been thinking about jumping ship for as "little" as $6-7K
