I am a recent graduate from the University of Miami with a subpar GPA but 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst and other notable marketing/management roles. I am located in the NYC area and have been applying all over the place but cant seem to get any bites. Any advice or tips for a recent grad? I just want to get my foot in the door and not being too picky about salary as I can prove my value once Im there, just really struggling to get a response right now.
