Me! 🙋🏻♀️
I’m 34, as well.
I have been taking Advanced CLE courses on the three areas of law I’m focusing on. This was the advice I was given.
I started as a solo and have 11 attys now. You will be fine as far as law goes but where you should focus is on running the business. This is the hardest part and where most fail. It's not just about billing hours and getting paid. Running the business is super rewarding and not just financially...it's just hard to learn and not a lot of help available other than a mentor in your area
Yes I also have seen my classmates failed going solo. But in terms of practicing, did you feel confident when you started without much experience a knowledge about the laws or you just went with the flow and learn as you go?
