I am currently working in customer service and is interested in changing my career to change management (CM) I completed my MBA with CM as the specialization, should i spend 7000$ in getting prosci certification and is it good enough as I have seen job postings in CM requiring knowledge of project management and minimum 3 years experience in CM, plus other list of requirements. I am ready to get paid as minimum as possible and work full time as an intern or any position. Any insights???

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.

I'm currently on £60k at a start up. Just got offered a job at a games company with a salary of £50k + 15% bonus 😖 I immediately spoke to them and told them that is way below my current salary and they raised to £56k + 15% bonus which would put me on £64.4k total comp.
