Do you disclose when you were promoted on your CV? I’ve been as a assistant manager for over a year but have just been ‘promoted’ to manager. Have been doing the same role for the entire time… only thing that changed was my official role title. Do I need to split this out into two roles on my CV?

Would ideally like to keep as one optically to avoid having to ‘spend more time in the manger role’… as I’ve been doing that role for a year now and keen to move on!

Hi everyone. Wanted to get your thoughts on this situation. I was in an extremely toxic relationship with a narcissist for over 10 years. The trauma and abuse resulted in responsive abuse meaning I would turn into a person I was not proud of. I could “justify” some of my actions because I was in survival mode at the time.
