Hi all! I’m looking to connect with folks who either work at Coinbase or have interviewed recently for the Business Operations and Strategy Manager or similar role. I am looking to schedule my first interview which I believe is a consulting style case. So any details you can provide, I am all ears. The next interview will be a presentation. Again if you have any experience/advice on this, I’m ready to listen.

I’m a big fan of small agencies as there are less levels. You also get a better idea of how all the departments work together. Back in the old days, interns/new hires would work in traffic so they could get a front row seat to see The inner workings of an agency. Big agencies usually have more processes set up. I’m a big fan of little agencies. But they tend to be less stable. You could always go back to a big agency. Go for it!

There was already a very lengthy thread on this.
Size doesn’t matter, clients do.
Example? JWT NY is a hot (and big) pile lf garbage. David Miami had more lions than employees.
DO. IT. You can always go back. But you probably won’t because you can be more than a cog in the machine. Just make sure you’re still working with/for people you respect and want to learn from
What is your current situation not giving you? What is appealing to you about the smaller agency?
