Thoughts on moving from a big agency to a small agency too early in your career?

I am getting an offer from Nagarro as associate staff engineer.

My current CTC is 20,
Nagarro offering 27 max and 3lakh joining bonus.
Tech stack and yoe: AWS + NodeJS and 6.4 yoe

Intiatially they told they are considering me for staff engineer role but after interview they are offering associate staff engineer. Is it worth to join?

What is the minimum yoe required for associate staff engineer and staff engineer roles?

I hate change management and technology implementation work. I have a background in IO/HR and data (~8 years) , as well as a masters degree - what type of related roles or areas can I switch into?

Hi guys, I joined care ratings about 5 months back. However I had been asked to move from Research to ratings due to high work load.
