Experience: 6+ years
Skillset: Power platform and power apps
Current ctc: 16 lpa
Offer in hand: 25 lpa (Capgemini)
I am asking for 27 lpa to EY GDS but HR says max they can offer for 6 years is 21 lpa.
Wanted to understand whats the offer standards in EY GDS.

I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.

Those are bad offers. I would encourage you to continue to grow and develop where you are until you can get 180-240k+ TC level offers at better companies.
I’d agree with waiting to jump. Also, to be considered for more senior roles, it also helps to make sure you’re crafting your resume well, show more strategy type projects if you have done any, or assessments, etc. that kind of work is attractive for more senior roles alongside the engineering background.

I’d say stay to get more experience and exit at a more senior role (at least M). The offers you’re currently getting aren’t enough, think long term career goals.
