I am in need of finding a good psycholgist/psychiatrist in NYC who is experienced and has a reputation working with teenagers (my 16 daughter) who could be on a path to transgender and wants to start the homo therapy. She has been in conseling for the last 6 months. My wife and I have gone through the process with her. We are not thrilled with the one we have. Like to get a second professioal opinion before giving the consent to begin the process. We just want to be sure. Appreciated.

Why is it that when the subject of pregnancy is brought up, people love to share their traumatic stories and the m- word (pregnancy loss). "Oh you know that m-s are so common.." like did I ask you?! I understand they might have real therapists working on their content, but a lot of the marketing I see is so vague and broad that it feels like a lie. Having an animal friend with cancer is not something easy. This year I have already had 24 animals that went to sleep in order to stop suffering. This is not easy for their families at all. It seems to me that the cancer stats in domestic animals are increasing, is this just me?

I joined HCL in july 2021 & completed one year in july 2022. Currently I am serving notice period and my last working day is December 7th. I resigned in September month

I passed CPA and have audit experience but I don’t really understand how industry accounting cycle works :( What does it mean to close the books? Are they referring to 12/31 deadline? Do all JE have to be recorded within this date? How does one close it?
