I am on F1 OPT and have three chances for H1 starting from 2022 March. I have an offer with Infosys with higher package (15k more)than my current company. My current company will initiate H1. But, Infosys is not committing with H1 initiation. They told it will be based on performance, If I accept the offer my joining will be at the end of September. So, my question is, will they consider my performance and raise H1 coming March and does infosys normally initiate H1 for opt’s

For anyone who receives a quarterly bonus or raise in some form, does your employer start to schedule you for less hours when your raise kicks in, or pull you from a future schedule entirely once you receive a bonus; only to put you back on once the hours you would have worked and earned the amount given are passed? Ie; a part time employee getting $200.00 in a quarterly bonus and then not being scheduled a whole week during a bi-weekly pay period where they would have earned more on the clock…?

Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results.
