I am trying to get a gauge on where my salary should be. I’m a GCD (with no ECD above me, I report to CCO) running a team of 11 across three accounts. Two are relatively small, organic growth potential account, while the main one is the agency’s main client billing $100M+. I’ve won all the big awards multiple times, as recently as last cycle. Haven’t had a salary adjustment in about 3 years, so just trying to see where the market is at.

I have two job offers, one offers a salary of 61.5k and the other job offers an hourly rate of $27.65 with $41.48 for OT, as well as Sales Incentive Compensation Plan where the annual target incentive compensation is 42.86%. In other words, I could potentially receive quarterly bonuses that add up to around $24,650. However, that bonus isn’t guaranteed according to the offer letter and is contingent on my and my clients performance. Should I take the first job or second job?

Advise on handling rates negotiations with BIPOC and non-male creators? I always want to accept first bid and get uncomfortable when my bosses push to undercut rates (especially now when money is tight), because there is a whole history of BIPOC and non-male people getting paid less.
