Is it SAFE joining Wipro as technical lead (B3) with 37LPA? Knowing that package is pretty high as compared to collogues in same band. HR is not ready to give project manager(C1) position.
Appreciate your suggestions/input.

Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance

Somewhere around 260-300k I'd say. Maybe with all the big awards you can seduce another agency, maybe even an ECD title. How much are you currently getting though?
For nyc ^^^
What city are you in? What’s your current salary?
Yep sorry. NYC. Media is about 50-60%.
IMO you should be $250k+
NYC, mid size shop, GCD should be making managing agency’s largest account (solo) should be 225k-275k possibly up to 300k if the awards are major ones the agency uses to market themselves.
Not for a smaller mid size shop. Plus market is soft. All depends on how new person is with title and how much true revenue they are bringing in. Again that’s low end. I know some GCDs at bigger shops making less.
240-320 depending on negotiations
Your job sounds like my job. And, with bonus, I make $300k.
It’s gonna depend on the city. Could be 250k could be 180k
250-300
Yep
There’s market value- which I’d say is minimum $250 and that feels low. Then those things that change things- how long you’ve been at that shop, how long you’ve been at that title, financial health of the agency, salary bands, what the market is like, etc.

Three sides to the story, three rhetorical questions:
What's the market-rate salary?
What is your financial need (debt + living expenses allowing for inflation + retirement)?
What are your individual skills & experience worth (factoring in potential growth)?
For some reason, nobody wants to talk about #2 and #3 even though they are more important than #1 on a personal basis.
Your financial need has nothing to do with your market rate. Sadly
