How bad is it for a junior to push back against a completely psychotic mid level? I don’t know how this mid level hasn’t been fired because they are even rude and bossy to partners and are a nightmare for juniors. I’ve decided enough is enough and am now pushing back against their arbitrary deadlines and other insane and unnecessary asks. I rarely work with this person and have good reviews. How do you handle remote teams being in different time zones? Right now we have a ton of team leaders on the west coast with the core team on the east coast and because of that urgent requests keep coming down after hours with the expectation to address it immediately. So at this point we’re working from 8am until like 11pm and nobody knows what to do to push back on it

During my first switch back in 2019 I recieved 80% hike (4.5 lpa to 8 lpa), that was such an excitement you just can't believe. I got this once my ex left me and I was happy after receiving this offer after huge sadness , sorrows given my ex.



Today I recieved 100% hike with cctc as 10 lpa but no excitement. It look like I am becoming a robot and not enjoying anything.

Don't know what to do, just going with the flow.
