Then I got BGV verification link from sterling, filled all the details. After that ,Hr Told me that l will get OL. Yesterday she told me that they are not going ahead with me Commonwealth Bank. Don't expect this from a company like this.

So I’m in industry from big 4, and a colleague with same yoe comes from MBB. High paying tech firm. I think I work harder and produce quality content at speed, but they can hold executive conversations that tend to impress senior stakeholders.

Big 4 produces work horses and MBB produces leaders. Also they could be a work horse too since I don’t have full visibility.

Anyone have similar experiences or do I just suck at executive stakeholder management?
