I completed my MBA abroad about 6 months ago at a top 10 EU b-school. During my MBA, I completed 2 back-to-back projects for Eli Lilly Germany (unpaid) for which my team and I received high praise for.
I had to move back to the US for family/litigation reasons (I'm suing someone) and had to put pause on job hunting for a few months

I'm now eager to work again and really want to get into Lilly US..but even a referral got no response.

Any advice on how to get my foot in the door for Lilly US??

Hi Guys, I came on a previsit and joined and then returned back to my Home Town but while signing the contract i saw that if you leave the company withing 2 year you have to pay entire relocation cost back.

1. My initial offer letter didnt have these clause mentioned.
2. Is Pre-Visit considered as a part of relocation, I came because they denied virtual onboarding .

I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) I’ve applied to PM roles at many biotech companies (e.g. Charles River, ICON, Paraxel) but only got 1 interview which didn’t work out. Which companies should I look to for an entry level PM role? Any good startups to consider? Anyone have any insight or advice?
