I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I am currently pursuing a position to be a 401k workplace planning consultant with Fidelity Investments. I would like to connect with someone who has gone through that training and early hiring process to make sure I have a solid understanding of the position. This is specifically for the Raleigh/Durham NC area if possible.

We have a large presence in San Francisco. Our major investment teams that operate there are Systematic (both equity and fixed income) and Index Equity. We have a lot of other sales, technology, operations, and product development functions out there too that I could mention, but it sounds like you are on the PM track.
Thanks. I've been able to find suitable openings in BlackRock SF office.
Unless you are very particular on being an APM, helps to have experience working in PE/VC pre-MBA as well so you can target such roles.
Understandable, these are all great careers to explore. Every role has it's pros and cons, in the end it's better to try something new as you've built a network to get back to PM should you change your mind (this would take time, PM roles aren't too frequent hire). PT mba is reasonable though you sound better fit for FT as you want to pivot industry, but the opportunity cost may not be worth it so there's that. I'm currently considering PT as well in Chicago.
