Has anyone joined Accenture early and recieved joining bonus.?
I have been recieving mail like if I can join in this month I will get bonus as well as notice period buy out amount reimbursement.
But they are not mentioning JB amount before I confirm them when I can join.
I have 11 fixed offer, how much I can receive JB if I join month early??

Its likely not a gimmick. Either they realized they don't need someone that urgently or you were a borderline case. Either way, its not going up.
This is very common, you settle something with one hr make you feel almost there. Then some other hr will start renegotiation to lower than that has been discussed. HR trick to manipulate your mind

What's your experience and what did HR offer n which level ?
I m seeing such posts almost everyday where the salary offers get reduced or candidate is getting rejected at last moment. If this is indeed the reality, then why is everyone saying that job market is at all time high and companies are offering almost double salary etc?

Buddy, you think of yourself . You already have a offer and tried for Accenture. You were ready to ditch the first one if you hd got the expected ctc from Accenture. So you were also wasting so many ppls time. So don't take this personal. It's the way
Personally, I don’t feel he is wasting anyone time here. It’s about opportunity. If you settle for something, you will never get what you want in life. We have to always thrive for best in our life.
Oh same happned with me i asked for 12l and they agreed and aftr clearing all rounds they decreased my fix n said we will pay in variable and it was just 10.28 they where paying fixed +variable
Wasted a month forst delaying interview
Then took 4 rounds of interview 2 technical and 2 hr al last said we cannot afford
