I’m slightly regretting it although it’s a miserable place to be I made six figures as a PT hygienist in SE PA— hoping I made the right choice but feeling doubt-HELP!🫣

I feel like an idiot. For the past 3 years (26yo now) I have been electing the traditional 401k instead of Roth. I get 25% taken out pretax each paycheck. Given that I’m more likely to have a higher salary (currently 100k now) and therefore be in a higher tax bracket by the time I retire, shouldn’t I have elected Roth this entire time? 😩

I’m in a little of a pickle but a good one. Offer A. Established “start up” doing well financially and projected to hit profitability. 130k base. Stocks offered, unlimited PTO, and 70% Medical covered. Offer B. Is at a business much larger…90k salary with 10% bonus and generous stock offering. Titles are different which is why the pay is much different. I know some may think it is a no brainer but offer A allows me to grow the department ground up whereas offer B id be apart of to just different

Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. First day was yesterday. Had no communication about when or where to show up, sat in an empty office for about half an hour before a couple people finally showed. No phone call or email. Sent an email to the founder, no response. I could easily get my old job back if wanted.

As my career progressed as a RDA, I moved to the front office and eventually management. I even taught dental assistants and became the Program Director of a DA program. COVID opened up remote work for me, I manage eclaims, claims corrections and billing for two offices. $20 per hour, no bonuses or incentives, I know I am not getting paid enough!
