What’s the hot skill now? AI or BI or BA?
EY, I got my Roth IRA contributions set to max (30%). Does Fidelity automatically lower the % and stop contributions afterwards once I reach my 2022 limit?
Also at Deloitte, I had a couple thousand contributed in the beginning of the year. Does EY's 401k keep track of that as well towards the limit?

@d3 senior consultant in advisory is equal to consultant in dc
Absolutely, we negotiate. Cyber Risk is one of the hottest industries right now, and we're being heavily recruited. We have more projects than we have practitioners, so we're in fortunately high demand.
Ahh- Cyber Security is definitely hot so now I see why you can negotiate. Have no idea what that market is paying though so someone else better answer. No idea what D1 is trying to say either-very unclear for a consultant😆
If you don't get bumped to at least $85k leave
Is the advisory work life balance that much better? $75k after 6 years is what a 1st year BA in Consulting makes.
And I thought FB is only for consultants.
Seriously-can you negotiate? It's more common in industry, especially at these levels. Others provide experience and input please.
Side note - I don't know what D1's comment is supposed to mean 😒
What is your current salary?
75k
Side note: speaking from NY market
