Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

You should not leave. You want to show that you were promoted within the organization. Folks that only get promoted by starting new jobs are not as desirable as those that show they have what it takes to be promoted. Also, career progression is much faster in public accounting than private if that’s important to you.
You should wait for the senior promo if you want senior exit ops. Otherwise take the analyst job for 2 years and leave for a bump if no promo.

Depends on your goals. It’s pretty rare for a person who starts at the analyst level to work up to the manager/director/VP level (and especially the latter two).
Really depends on the tech company. If it’s a unicorn or you have a chance at making $$$ early. Like others have said, leaving as an associate will leave you very underprepared for higher value work (unless you’re going super big).
The Big 4 will always be around. This opportunity may not. Go for it. If you don't like it, come back.
Depends on what’s important to you. All I care about is $$$ and I really want to go into tech. So I personally would take a demotion to go to tech company if it came with a bigger salary.

If money is solid, negotiate title to senior and gtfo
If you are up for promo in 6 months you will probably make more staying and you are guaranteed a good raise staying
What is the TC breakdown? I’ve recently been applying to tech companies as well and would like to hear other people’s offers.
