Upcoming Data Analyst Interview with Healthcare startup company - Clarify Health Solutions. There are 6+ rounds and I’ve only made it through one. Super anxious as I’ve seen online that they tend to ghost throughout the process and it’s hard to get an offer. Can anyone provide any tips or pointers?

Hi,
What will be the in hand salary for this?

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

It does get requested, but you are well within your rights to push back on it. Offer another professional reference that isn’t a current supervisor.
You can push back and ask to provide current references once you have an offer
I'll be happy to provide references later in the process/after an offer has been made.
Ask them to let you know before reaching out to references and that you will provide your current supervisor’s information before they reach out. Most places ask for it early so it doesn’t delay their process if they want to move forward with a candidate but they should let you know before reaching out.
I’ve had this happen before and provided references other than my current employer. I made it clear that contacting my current employer wasn’t okay, as it could jeopardize my current role. You can also mention that you’d be happy to provide references later in the process, like others have suggested—that’s totally acceptable.
