HR did contact me 3 days after the interview and asked for my patience.

Have my closing interview with Accenture next week. So far the Director and MD I have met with have both liked me and the recruiter has said that they have both given me a thumbs up and that the upcoming closing interview with the MD is just a conversation. Currently a Solutions Consultant at Pegasystems.

I am interviewing at and considering making a jump to Oracle as a Specialist Solutions Consultant.

The reason for my move is currently at Pega SCs are treated more as AEs or Account Managers. The role at Oracle would be more of a true SC position. I also feel that Oracle will look BETTER on a resume and someone as young as me would have BETTER programs in place to train me and give me the foundation needed to be a successful SC.

I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this. I genuinely feel like I’m at rock bottom, Idk if I’m crazy to feel that way bc of a dog but I used to be able to control this and put up a front but now my depression and anxiety are starting to leak into my work conversations completely unintentionally, I wish this would stop :(

What’s the base for CL8 (CDO)? Glassdoor doesn’t seem accurate, as it pegs CL8 at 56k. Currently a CL9, on 52.5 in London. Promoted from CL10 last year too, so still a fairly new CL9.
