As I was sitting there waiting in traffic, I wondered why would I want to go back to office every day and rush to leave at like 5 to beat the traffic and get to my kids school on time? Then a rushed dinner, bed, more work at home later, followed up early morn waking up getting ready to again drive for an hr...
I miss interactions bt the alternative is such rushed life!

My dilemma:

I'm at a LMM investment bank. Can get crazy sometimes, but otherwise chill. Typically done around 7-9 pm, had maybe three 1 am nights. Haven't worked a weekend in over a month. Fridays almost always done at 5 pm.

Have an offer at a reputable MM bank but probably pretty sweaty. Worth the move?
