Book different boardrooms around the office to get away from people and use that time to find a new job. Then pop out every hour or so, look rushed, and then go to a different boardroom. It’s all about appearances. Look busy while finding a new job.
If your title is still correct, just keep reminding yourself that you’re freelance and think of the invoice you’re about to drop. If you’re full time, it’s a lot more difficult. The best way is to confide in people you trust at the place, because if you’re feeling that way chances are you’re not alone. But the key is trust. You don’t want to open up to the kind that have loose lips and will throw you under the bus before you have that other gig lined up. And also always remember it’s much better to be looking for a job while you already have money coming in rather than have the added burden of not knowing where your next paycheck is coming from. Hang in there. Hope this helps.
Simply be grateful you have a job. So many people don’t.
I think writing how you feel on paper could help. All those negative feelings are probably a burden in your head, sometimes laying them on paper can unburden. Also I would keep a "happy journal" if all the good things happening during your day. It can be small things like a good cup of coffee. Last but not least if you can take a long lunch break and enjoy it. Make vacations plans or long week end plans something to look forward. Hope that helps and we've all been there so don't loose hope
Taking a few interviews at places who reach out first or that you may see as "easy" also helps. Feeling wanted by somewhere else, anywhere else, can definitely help the gloom and confidence dip that comes along with a toxic work environment.

I hated my job with a passion and instead of getting angry at everything I treated each stupid ask from my CDs as a small step during the day that would get me a tiny bit closer to going home. I actually started working slower and making things better so I only had to think about what I was doing in photoshop instead of how much I hated my job
Thanks! I appreciate your advice.
I am FT but for the purposes of my side-hustle I keep my job title on linked in as “freelance” and Fishbowl pulls it from there
Quit. It’s not the end of the world.
Gotta find one of those money trees you hear people talk about first. 🌳💰
I told everyone that could keep an eye out for me (friends at other agencies, reps, headhunters) that I was looking and updated my portfolio and resume and gave it to all of them. That’s what ended up landing me my next gig
