I have 2 offers from 2 consulting firms. The 3rd one is at the last stage but they’ve postponed once which is making it hard to stall the hr of the other 2 for a response. Should I tell the MD on the last interview to hurry up because I pretty much made the others wait 2 weeks or will he take it badly?

Had a salary discussion with headhunter, who really lowballed me and told that the employer is not going to pay more than X.
The final interview is scheduled for tomorrow should I be expecting any salary negotiation during the final interview or after or is the number that I informally agreed to with a headhunter is set in stone?
How bad is it if I refuse to accept the offer? Will I be banned from working with that headhunting firm?

Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.
