1. Accenture - 12.1 fi+ 21% var(HR said if I join in this May month I will get 8-10% of fixed salary as joining bonus)
Need to come to office 1/2 days weekly, don't know exactly.
2. British Telecom Group - 13 fi+1.3 var, but in fixed salary only Employee pf and taxes will be deducted and employer pf, gratuity,internet Bills are not included in fixed.
Need to come to office 3 days in a week.

Please suggest me which one to take, Will Accenture match BT group offer?

When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? My dream career is to be a technical recruiter but this whole thing is discouraging.
