Any idea on what's the outlook for SAP projects in the next year?
Any internal rumblings about hiring freeze, lack of projects, layoffs?
I'm joining invent in 2 months and don't want to be there just for the one SAP project, just to be forced to work on other technologies later.

I’m currently on a Secondment at a PE firm (100% utilized, 6-9months) and my partner still asks me to help out with BD/sales at EY. I’ve said no several times and now she’s becoming demanding. How should I navigate through this? Still wanna maintain a good relationship with the partner and EY, but been so close of just hanging up the call several times.

I am interested in a clinical manager position for my company that performs utilization reviews for skilled nursing facilities. Currently I am clinical coordinator performing those reviews but I want to move into management. What type of salary can I expect.

Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.

I’ve been tracking the recent tech layoffs. It’s hard too see so many talented people be affected. Has anyone seen data around the type of roles being most affected? It looks like Marketing Ops roles have been largely spared from the layoffs. What is everyone else seeing and experiencing out there? Marketing Ops has always felt relatively safe because most teams run lean anyway, but we’re living in strange times.

If you know your performance is being monitored after being reprimanded earlier in the month and the HR randomly sets up a meeting with you at the end of the month regarding a review of your performance, is that generally a good thing or a bad thing?

The lawyer should be experienced in handling this 60 day grace period situation and developing alternate strategies - such as change of status to B1/B2 or applying to jobs from India.
