6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. I already applied for unemployment but doctors are telling me I’ve got 10-14 weeks left in this pregnancy.. so stressed having twins and being unemployed, no maternity leave, no paychecks coming in, and I’ve been applying but not a single interview.. just ugh. 😭

My work product is becoming worse and partners are noticing/commenting. I just hate the practice area so much that every time I am asked to do something I just get it done as quickly as possible and can’t be bothered to put in effort. Need help with a formula. I’m downloading bank statements to excel and I’m trying to do a lookup so it fills in the category based on the bank description. The problem is I’m trying to use the entire bank description as my lookup value, but the table array I’m searching only has the first part of the descriptions (because the last parts are all different bank ref numbers).
