I personally cannot give you advise on if you should or should not bring this to your supervisor's attention, that choice is up to you...but I can honestly say be careful getting mixed up with all that lifestyle with co-workers....yes, absolutely it is great to build relationships, but if they are negative relationships....it will ultimately affect your job without you realizing it...the other employee who is not happy could voice their opinions to you causing you to fall into that unhappy category without even realizing it....my strong advise to you ....go to work, build work relationships yes, but I would be careful when you put your social life with co-workers...and I don't know if we are talking about the same company ππ I'm not good with technology sometimes....but everyone has their own opinions....but if you work for Carenet, everyone is different and yes I have been burned out before, we all have been on any job, but I would message them to have them reach out and be honest with their manager....I guarantee they have felt it before, and can try to give them advice and possibly even help with them feeling burned out .... everyone has different opinions, while they may have a negative opinion ....my opinion is totally opposite....I absolutely have not worked for a better company ever in my life ....I have only been here a year, and have had 3 family members pass in July with the floods, I had to help care for my sister in law who passed from cancer, I personally came down with pneumonia, a niece attempted suicide.....when I say, I have had my share of stuff happening.....in my personal experience, I have been in management for years, and although I understood my employees and always watched out for them ....reality if the employee is usually not dependable, they are replaced with someone who could be ....and while yes, these things was totally out of my control, Carenet was with me every step of the way....whether it be to talk to someone, counselling services, or just to listen and be supportive....and like I said everyone has their own opinions but don't let a negative opinion create your own :) my personal advice free of charge ππ but if you work for Carenet, my name is Rachel, feel free to reach out ever if you need any help, I can try to help you
