Hi everyone, interview for entry level Allstate claims position. Should I take it being 3 business days since my final interview and no offer. The interviewer said to give it a week and that she was gna give my info to hiring manager to review, but I thought she was the hiring manager since this was the 2 interview outside internal recruiter interview. i sent a thank you email the day after. How does the 2nd round of interview goes in PwC? Is it very technical ? What are the chances of getting rejected in the 2nd stage? HR told me that would be the final round. Need your help asap.

Never send an email before 9 am on a Monday morning. Emails from the weekend just arrive with all the spam and ads, and coming at the end of a long weekend there's going to be even more of that junk. Send it between 9:30 and 10 am. Shoot for 9:48 am, that's a time that exudes confidence. Not too late, and not so early that it gets mixed in with the meretricious clutter.
