What is the hiring process of persistent systems? I am done with one technical round and got an email with subject line as 'feedback' but in mail it is written that they will get in touch with me. What does that mean? Will there be more technical round or managerial round?
Persistent Systems Limited
Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?
I'm into Salesforce with 6.2yrs of experience working as a Sr. Developer having the current CTC as 14lpa. And got an offer from Mindtree for the same Sr. Developer position(C3- Module Lead), as Lead position requires minimum 7yrs of experience. They offered me a package of 19.2lpa. Is this worthy? Please suggest how much can I expect from them? Also how is the hike cycle in Mindtree ? Mindtree

Is this for tech consulting? If so where within tech consulting?
I found that jotting out answers to sample questions helped me stay organized and on track the day of the interview. I tend to ramble, so it's nice to have an outline in mind.
Be yourself. The questions being asked are pre-generated and the response received by the interviewer isn’t always a spoken answer, it’s how your answer and its interpreted by the interviewer so it’s subjective. I wish I could provide a better answer, but they are looking at your appearance, body movements, surroundings, the tone in your voice, how long you take to answer, stumbling in your response, not enough thought by answering instantly without considering the question. The questions you will be asked are less about your answer, but more about how you present yourself while answering.
It is business in the GPS unit.
EY 2, thank you! I really appreciate your response. Do you have any tips for the case study?
For the behavioral questions, listen to the question and ask for clarification if you need to. Then relate the answer to your personal experience. Not too much focus on what the team did, but more on what you did and how that helped the overall team. Overall, be honest. It does really show when you’re not.
For the case study, R..E..L..A..X. The case changes all the time but the constant is that you need to be able to understand what the problem is and a logical way to approach solving the issue. There is no right or wrong answer but it is about understanding how you think and process complex issues. Also, it’s okay to ask questions to eliminate assumptions or to set the baseline for assumptions that you will make to support your approach. Bottom line is that a company has a problem, what is the problem and how would you help solve it?
