I have a question in mind for a long time. I am doing auditing right now, after two years if I jumped to a financial role in a bank, say a big 5 in NY, probably risk compliance things, will it be easier for me to switch to other roles in that bank? I am thinking entering a good bank first, regardless of roles. Or it is hard to do that?
