I'm a Senior system engineer completing 2 YOE but working on UI/UX designer role. My salary is equal to service ticket support role and not relevant to ux designer role. Please suggest what should I do.

Currently I had interview with Capgemini . All rounds were good . I think I have answered all the questions correctly . It seems hiring manager is also interested. Now it has been 4 days , I didn't get any response .
Generally How much time they take . Or should I consider that my application is rejected because of CTC issue.

Is WITCH Stable for settling down after 12+ years experience or it is Banks like Deutsche/Citi/Barclays. Please suggest in terms of Job stability and WLB.

How much will be in hand salary if Barclays gives a CTC of 25 LPA?
Is the employer contribution towards PF deducted from the CTC?

Interesting all the noise about these PPT, my take:

The pandemic took all the upside of an IB analyst life (client meetings in person, fancy trips, suit up, worshiped at networking events) and left all the juniors with the downside (long hours, monkey-like type of job, aggressive work environment).

Not that the complaints are not sort of legitimate but you may need to revise the decision-making process that led you to accept a return offer. Specially if you were looking for less hours.
