Recruiters don't even know what audit is lol. Apply on your own and you'll have better luck.
Pretty much every recruiter knows what audit is even if they don’t know what we do.
If your title is still associate, then yes, it’s still too early.
You want to leave fdd??? Man, I know so many people in audit who would take a 50% pay cut just to be in fdd
They actually can’t go back to audit now since audit isn’t hiring at the B4, and the pay difference isn’t that much anymore.
I get paid more than everyone who switched from my group in 2021 now, because they all were either let go or jumped to a senior level job in industry and haven’t been promoted.
I’m in audit now. I was one of the unfortunates that got laid off in 23.
i was in BDO 9 months. This time is big lay off for every big frims. Well. Now i am in a local small firm , actually i feel good. Just half year , i leaned alot than in big firm. I recommend ho small firm to try to learn. After that go change to big firm
