Look into codependency and people pleasing. This has helped me immensely after my last breakup
I see the same, for me this comes for an inferiority complex, that i tend to choose guys which don't really like me and i will do my best to show them that i am good enough to only be disappointed in the end, reliving this "not good enough" to be loved episode again and again and again

big thing i found was that you do tend to attract what you put out. and if someone ends up not returning the energy you give them, unless they did a complete 180, there are some signs there from the beginning. and if you grow to be more secure you’ll get better at recognizing these signs
also someone’s actions towards you tend to be a reflection of themselves. not YOUR worth
another thing i learned is that life isn’t fair and everyone is on a different path. how old are you? and comparison is the thief of joy. i’m sure there are several things in your life that feel like a priveledge to have. and perhaps others who feel like they’re loved and appreciated don’t have those things you have.
i’m def putting thoughts i’ve accumulated over hours and hours into a few words so may sound black and white, but it’s not. and therapy could help too!
Just stop giving your love to others. Give it to yourself instead. Fill your own cup
